With this extension, you can right-click any page, select "Follow this page", and the Follow That Page website will be opened in a new tab, where you can select additional options like "ignore numbers" and "show added/removed text". The free version monitors max 100 pages once per day and may contain advertisements. We're working on a paid service which can monitor once per hour and doesn't contain ads.
